Send an email from your registered Metify account email address to our legal compliance team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Log into your Metify workspace dashboard, navigate to account settings, and trigger self-service account termination.
After ownership verification, all personal identification, connected workspace tokens, and conversation records will be permanently purged from our encrypted servers within 30 days.
The following data types are permanently removed upon account deletion.
